To start a return request, please contact us if you would like to return your order and you are within the 10-day return window. At this time, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for items of equal value, within our 10-day return window. Please contact us to request an exchange for items of different value.

For items of different values, we recommend returning your original order for store credit, and placing a new order for the item(s) you want. At this time, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Domestic Warranty Policy

We strive to create high-quality products for all of our customers. In the unlikely event that you are experiencing any difficulty with your product, just let us know!  We always want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.

This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction arising from misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, or accident. This warranty applies only to the original purchasers and proof of purchase is required.
