Shipping Policy
Orders which include back-order or pre-order items will ship as soon as these products are available. If you ordered a combination of regular items and back-order/pre-order items, please email us at orders@smartsignshub.com and we can ship your items separately.
If customer requests shipment to an incorrect or invalid address, or for international shipments fails to pick up their package from customs, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.
smartsignshub will not be shipping on the following days:

- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
smartsignshub is not responsible for delays due to weather. We recommend checking the carrier website for information regarding weather delays.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. For any questions or concerns, email orders@smartsignshub.com, and our customer support team will be happy to help you.
U.S. and Canadian Sales Tax
Where applicable, we charge U.S. and Canadian sales tax. You will see this charge applied on your order after you enter your shipping address. In some states, you may see this formatted as two rates (ex: City and State), which add up to the total amount due. If you are affiliated with a tax-exempt nonprofit, please email us at nonprofits@smartsignshub.com before placing your order, and we should be able to assist you.
